I'm beat and brain dead and I need to find an awesome tax accountant pronto, so I'm a little stressed.
Time to go to my procrastinators anonymous meeting... aw, it can wait.

yeah, I need to convert to a corp instead of an LLC so I can take advantage of more loopholes... LLC's take it in the butt.
