Season ending disappointment

For the 2nd year in a row we lost the hockey championship game. This time we got shutout, 2-0. It was quite a game, very physical and hard fought.

Cdubya called me after the game. Sazi is doing poorly again. She started seizing Friday night and it's continued all weekend. She's not moving, just laying in one spot forever. I think it's time to face the inevitable. I'm waiting for the vet to call me back but I think today might be the end. Cdubya is pretty broken up and is at home with her. It is probably for the best. She keeps having these 4 day stretches of seizing off and on and she can't be enjoying life.

On the golf front, I played the Oaks on Saturday and had a good stretch of 4 holes (8-11) but other than that I was off and on. Too many putts for sure (37) and didn't chip particularly well. My 3 wood and hybrids worked really well though. It's encouraging to play well in stretches but discouraging that it doesn't happen more often. Argh, golf is so hard!
